Massage / Pain Management / Pain relief

Massage is an excellent way to help with pain due to chronic conditions from disease, injuries or repetitive movement.  Trigger points are more than likely the culprit and can cause local tenderness and if sufficiently hypersensitive referred pain.  Trigger points are also the reason for stiffness and pain in joints. Trigger point therapy can greatly improve pain levels in people dealing with these conditions.

Temporal-Mandibular Joint (TMJ)

Many people suffer with TMJ in this high stress world we live in.  Part of my training is to treat this condition using an intraoral technique treating the Masseter, Medial Pterygoid, and the Lateral Pterygoid muscles.  This technique is highly effective in treating this condition.
